Creating a survey
So I have been working on a template for a Continuous Improvement Tool that can be utilized in non profit companies in order to increase employee suggestions and effectiveness within integrated systems. One of the dangers of creating this survey was that the intention was to test the current system (of which there wasn't one in place) versus the system based in informatics which I am implementing. I had difficulty questioning the efficacy of something that does not exist and I do not have time to construct and A-B-A-B design. I decided that I would utilize a survey creating software to minimize the bias of the questions and randomize the order. If the course is still ongoing during the data analysis portion of this survey I will post the results.
